1. OpenAI releases DALL-E 3
OpenAI has just released DALL-E 3, the third iteration of its groundbreaking generative AI visual art platform. This new release brings exciting enhancements to the DALL-E experience, including improved contextual understanding, seamless integration with ChatGPT, and robust security measures.

2. Bringing GPT-4, the power of AI to Windows 11
On September 21, Microsoft announced Microsoft Copilot on its official website.
Copilot will begin to roll out in its early form as part of our free update to Windows 11, starting Sept. 26 — and across Bing, Edge, and Microsoft 365 Copilot this fall.
As an application fixed on the taskbar, people only need to right-click its new logo or use the shortcut key Windows+C to summon this new AI assistant throughout the system and various applications at any time.
In addition, Bing will also quickly support OpenAI’s latest AI painting model DALL.E 3.
3. Neuralink’s First-in-Human Clinical Trial is Open for Recruitment
Neuralink, the brain-computer interface company founded by Musk, has received approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and is now enrolling patients with quadriplegia due to cervical spinal cord injury or amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) in its first clinical trial to implant a brain-computer interface device, according to Reuters. The trial, known as the PRIME study, will take about six years to complete.
In May, the FDA granted Neuralink an investigational device exemption for its fully implantable wireless brain-computer interface device, Neuralink said. According to people familiar with the matter, Neuralink is currently negotiating with the FDA over the number of patients who can participate in the study.
4. Over 20 Cruise Robotaxis Caused Major Traffic Jam in Austin
Over the weekend, photos and videos of yet another Cruise-induced robotaxi traffic jam spread across X (formerly Twitter). According to thedrive.com, about 20 Cruise-operated Chevrolet Bolts were seen stuck up and down San Gabriel Street late Saturday night. Some had shifted into the oncoming side of the two-lane street, even forcing a pair of Cruise cars to face one another in some sort of autonomous stand-off, blocking traffic even further.
The actual cause of the traffic jam remains unknown. People watched as Cruise workers tried to operate the cars by remote control to remedy the situation.
